Custom Furniture Policy

Because all furniture pieces from Artisticflameei are custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted. Each piece is created specifically for you based on approved designs, dimensions, materials, and finishes.

Quality Assurance

We take great care to ensure every piece meets our high standards before delivery. Throughout the construction process, we maintain communication and may provide progress updates. Before final delivery, we conduct quality inspections to ensure the piece matches the approved specifications.

Defects and Issues

If you discover a manufacturing defect or the piece does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

Repairing the defect at no additional cost
Replacing the piece if repair is not feasible
Providing a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances

Damage During Delivery

If your furniture arrives damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for inspection and repair or replacement as appropriate. Documentation of the damage (photos) will be required.

Modifications After Approval

Once you have approved the design and construction has begun, changes may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Significant changes may require a new quote. We recommend carefully reviewing all specifications before approval.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order:

Before construction begins: Full refund minus any design fees already incurred
After construction begins: Refund amount depends on materials purchased and work completed
Near completion: No refund available, but we may work with you to find alternative solutions

Warranty

All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period and specific terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after delivery are not covered.
